This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to physical merchandise and books sold through the LAWLI Podcast store at lawlipodcast.com.
Seller: Life As We Love It Inc., a Wyoming corporation, doing business as LAWLI. Orders are produced and shipped by our print-and-ship fulfilment partner, which prints, packs, and dispatches each item after you place your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing choices, or buyer's remorse unless the item is faulty. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right. Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights available to you under the laws of your country or region.
How to Start a Return
- Email privacy@lawlipodcast.com, or use the contact form on this website;
- Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue; and
- Attach a photo of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will confirm the return and, where required, provide return instructions. Do not ship an item back to us until we confirm the return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm the refund details with you when we confirm your return; we do not quote a fixed processing period. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Where a replacement is appropriate, we will reprint and reship the item at no additional cost to you.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, including the LAWLI Life Assessment Workbook, are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If an order does not arrive, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and fulfilment partner. Where an order is confirmed lost, we will reprint and reship it or refund it. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only.
EU and UK Consumers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and to receive a refund of the item and standard delivery costs.
To withdraw, contact us using the details in How to Start a Return within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating your decision. Because every item is produced to your specification at the moment you order it, made-to-order items are exempt from this withdrawal right, as provided for under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent UK regulations. The exemption does not apply where the item is faulty, or arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you exercise the withdrawal right for an eligible item, return it within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund the item and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving it back or of you providing evidence of return.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under the laws of your country or region.
