Keeps the calendar, inbox, guest scheduling, and day-to-day details running smoothly.
Content Creator
Turns each episode into posts, reels, and stories that start real conversations.
Production Assistant
Helps set up, run, and wrap recording days for audio, video, and livestreams.
Video Editor
Shapes full episodes, clips, and shorts for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
You can apply for more than one role.
What you'll do
- Edit full-length weekly podcast episodes.
- Produce engaging YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook videos.
- Create attention-grabbing thumbnails and promotional graphics.
- Clean and enhance audio, lighting, transitions and video quality.
- Add captions, titles, overlays and LAWLI branding.
- Prepare episodes for Thursday YouTube premieres.
- Schedule and organise social media content.
- Assist with studio recording, production and guest coordination.
- Organise raw footage, project files and completed content.
- Help develop creative concepts for future LAWLI productions.
What we're looking for
- CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- YouTube Studio and podcast production experience
- Canva or Photoshop
- OBS or other video production software
- Social media content creation and optimisation
- Audio editing and multicamera video production
Who you are: creative, dependable, organised, and passionate about storytelling.
Role details
Engagement type: full-time, part-time, contract or project work, or an internship. We hire the right person and agree the arrangement together at interview.
Compensation: this is a paid role. Pay is discussed openly and set in writing during the interview process, based on experience and scope.
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, with remote or hybrid arrangements available.
Work requirements: you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Who collects your information
Life As We Love It Inc., a Wyoming corporation, doing business as LAWLI, collects the information you submit through this application. We use it only to assess your application, contact you about the role, confirm eligibility, and, with your permission, contact the references you list.
What we collect and how we use it
Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, city and state), eligibility answers (age and work authorisation), availability, your role answers and references, and your typed signature. Optional items, such as portfolio links or desired pay, are used only as part of the assessment. We do not sell or share applicant data, and we do not use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you join the team, your application becomes part of your personnel record.
Your references
We contact the references you list only as part of the interview process. By submitting your application you give us permission to do so.
